Dear valued customer,
Today’s ISP market
is extremely competitive and we at Kern Internet, being a family owned Business,
have been committed to delivering high quality Internet services at affordable
prices. In order to continue our current level of service, we would need to
substantially increase our prices. We do not believe this is in your best interests
and have therefore decided upon the following action.
After 17 years of being in business that includes 11yrs of providing Internet services, on behalf of our valued clients we have managed to negotiate an agreement to transfer our credit card paying customers to Adam Internet effective 1st August 2007.
Adam Internet is not buying the Kern Internet business; rather this is an offer to you from Adam Internet as Kern Internet will cease to operate from 1st August 2007. This package provides seamless transfer to Adam Internet with minimum effort and without loss of your current service and connections.
You do not need to contact Kern Internet or Adam Internet unless you require disconnection of your service.
Adam Internet is a licensed carrier grade Internet Service Provider. It is a respected local company that own its entire infrastructure and broadband ports, while also providing wholesale services to many other ISPs. It is more than capable of offering high performance broadband while competing in today’s challenging marketplace.
So what does this mean for you?
· These changes will take effect from 1st August 2007
· In the short term your email address and login details will remain exactly the same
· There will be a change of billing name on your bank statements, with all ongoing charges being made by Adam Internet.
